Mary Engelbreit Tea Cup and Saucer dated 2001.
It is preowned and still in good condition.
Looks like is made of resin or bisque.
Inside the cup is a tea bag. The saucer and cup handle is blue with white dots. The tea cup is decorated with colorful flowers.
The wording around the cup says:
"LEARNING IS WEIGHTLESS, A TREASURE
YOU CAN ALWAYS CARRY EASILY."
Hallmarked and dated on the bottom.
Measures 2" tall by 4" in diameter.
